You acknowledge your participation in any on-demand physical workout session provided by Horowhenua District Council is entirely voluntary and that all physical exercise carries with it the inherent risk of injury or death especially if you have a previous medical history, condition or injury.

You acknowledge you are responsible for your own health and safety when participating in any on-demand physical workouts and will immediately stop if you feel the workout is beyond your capabilities or if you feel discomfort or pain.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horowhenua District Council disclaims any and all liability for claims resulting from your choice to participate in any on-demand physical workout including, but not limited to, claims resulting from failure to comply with this warning or instructions during the workout.

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Horowhenua District Council’s aggregate liability resulting from or relating to your participation in any on-demand physical workout exceed Five New Zealand Dollars (NZD 5.00).
