AquaFit A higher intensity; low impact exercise class in chest depth water with fast movements. This class is designed to help increase cardio fitness, build strength and burn fat. All exercises can be scaled to all ages and abilities.
AquaFloat The latest trend in aqua fitness – a HIIT style class on large inflatable mats in the water. A fun but hard work out to improve strength, balance and fitness!
AquaRehab A low impact class designed for those who are returning from injury or surgery. Exercises are specifically designed to build basic strength and coordination, which will lead into progressing on to either AquaCise or AquaDeep Classes. This class would also be beneficial for those suffering from arthritis, joint problems and those with limited mobility.
HIIT Get results in minimal time. High intensity interval training builds cardiovascular fitness and improves strength.
Legs, Bums & Tums A variety of different exercise methods that specifically focus on working the abs, glutes, quads and calves.
MoveWell A landbased class designed to support and develop fitness, strength and balance for seniors using a variety of different exercises and sport methods. Open to all abilities.

Stretching, toning, balance and coordination of your entire body through a variety of different exercises in a relaxed environment.
