Jellyfish

6 -14 months

The first level of the infant programme. During lessons, parents/caregivers will be taught correct holds for their child in the water and how to assist their child’s development. Swimmers will be encouraged to blow bubbles, float with assistance and encouraged to enjoy being in the water.

Octopus

15 - 22 months

The second level of the infant and toddler programme. During this level, swimmers will be encouraged to develop their bubble blowing technique, floating and confidence with help from their parent or caregiver in the water. They will also be encouraged to develop some independence in the water, splashing their own face and walking into the water, holding onto their parents or caregivers hand

Turtle

23 - 36 months

The third level of the infant and toddler programme. During this level, swimmers will be encouraged to be further independent in the water with the parent or caregiver still in the water with them. Swimmers will be encouraged to further submerge under the water, paddle and jump into the water.

Turtle Advanced

26 - 36 months

Designed for those swimmers who are ready to be more independent in the water but aren’t old enough to go into a Tadpole preschool class. The class is designed for swimmers to be in the water with an instructor in a small class, but with the parent or caregiver in the water helping with corrective practises. Swimmers will be introduced to streamlining, kicking and gliding both assisted and unassisted.
