Easter & ANZAC Day Opening Hours

The Levin Aquatic Centre and Foxton Pools will be closed on Good Friday. Both pools will be open normal hours on Saturday 19 April and Sunday 20 April. On Easter Monday, both pools will be open from 11am to 6pm. On ANZAC Day, both pools will be open from 1pm to 6pm. There'll be no Streamline Swim School or fitness classes on these days.

Facilities

Aquatics Horowhenua encompasses the Levin Aquatic Centre, Foxton Pools and Shannon Pool, offering the community and visitors to the Horowhenua District a wide range of facilities, events, fitness programmes and activities.

Levin Aquatic Centre

The Levin Aquatic Centre is situated in the beautiful Gladys Taylor Park surrounded by palm trees.

Foxton Pools

Foxton Pools reopened in January 2024 following an upgrade.
The facility boasts a 25x10metre (4 lane) pool, 10x5metre teaching pool, a small toddlers’ pool and a spa pool. It offers a variety or activities and programmes, including but not limited to recreational swimming, learn to swim, aqua fitness and swim club.

Shannon Pool

Shannon Pool is a seasonal pool and is operated during the summer Holidays.

Splash Pad Jubilee Park

A popular water play feature across Aotearoa, splash pads are ‘zero depth’ fun, which can shower, spray, mist and shoot streams of water at users. They are designed on a hard, flat surface. As the water splashes onto this surface, it is collected, filtered, sanitised and re-circulated to keep the water fun flowing in an eco-friendly way.
