This course builds on freestyle and backstroke technique and builds swimmers up to completing 5m in each stroke. Alongside developing these strokes, Seal introduces swimmers to breaststroke leg action.

Streamline Assessment Criteria

  • Streamline glide and kick on front and back
  • 5m 123 breathe
  • 5m backstroke
  • Introduction to breaststroke legs
