Seahorse builds on water confidence skills, swimmers develop skills including independent floating, streamline glide and kicking. Swimmers are introduced to backstroke arms, freestyle breathing technique and dolphin bodies/dives.

  • Streamline glide and kick
  • Coordinated arms, kick and bubbles
  • Introduction to freestyle breathing technique
