Choose either one or two training sessions per week

Fitness Youth Squad will be for those swimmers who just want to swim for fitness and have no desire to go over to swim club at this time. Although there will be some technical components in the forms of starts and turns in these sessions, it will look at maintaining and building on the swimmers fitness and enjoyment in the water.

Swimmers can either choose to do one or two training sessions per week, fitness training is one hour in duration.
