Designed to support and educate you to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle throughout your pregnancy, regardless of your fitness level.

With adaptions for each trimester, we offer a fun class that combines core and pelvic floor focus, low-medium impact aerobic exercise, and mascular strengthening, with the use of bands, weights and bodyweight.

Classes are run over a six-week block to enable you to build relationships with other mums and for our trainer to tailor specific programmes to meet your individual needs.
